Little Red Wagon #16

It's Wednesday......my favourite day of the week. Another great challenge over at the Little Red Wagon! This week it is Deanna's turn and she wants to see our ribbon-y goodness!

Here is my goodness......

I know that Valentine's Day has past, but there is a rather cute story that goes along with this. My son Jason has a crush on a girl at school. She has been over to our house a couple of times and he has gone to her house as well. She has even come to one of his hockey games.....now that is serious. He wanted to ask her to 'go out' with him and decided that he was going to do it on Valentine's Day. He sort of asked for some help so Amanda and I jumped right in.......poor guy!

I got out my ScorPal and whipped up this cute little pizza box. I had seen the cutest card on Regan's blog that was the inspiration for decorating the top. Inside we filled it with Hershey's Kisses and on the inside of the lid he wrote a little note.......asking her if she would 'go out' with him. Isn't that sweet?????

Anyways, the box was made from an old piece of embossed cardstock (I don't even know who makes it). The pattern papers are from Pink Paislee's Cupid line. The stamp is from Close to My Heart and I used my Copic markers to colour in the #4. I added Diamond Stickles to some of the polka dots and the coloured #4 and finished it off with my ribbon-y goodness.

I hope you find some time to join in on the fun. Be sure to check out what the other girlfriends (just click on their names along my sidebar) have created and link up your post on the Little Red Wagon Blog!
