LRW - Red, White & Blue!!

Time for another challenge over at Little Red Wagon!!  This week Collette is our hostess and she wants us to use red, white & blue!!  I love this combination :)

Here is what I create this week!!  I decided to make a 'center step panel' card and used this adorable crab I found in my Silhouette library!!


It is always fun to add a 'punny' saying!!
